Druids of Golden Bough

A small community of druids on the island of Gyenneth: this is where the grand druid of moonshae dwells guarding the Tree of Seasons, a magical tree rumored to have mystical powers. Since the time of troubles, only the druids have stood between the Darkwalker and his minions and others who would control or upset the balance in the moonshae's; until now.
A new force for good has surfaced in the moonshae isles, news is traveling among the Ffolk and the northmen of the forces of the Darkwalker being defeated in skirmishes, yet no one has seen this new ally.
Since the time of troubles, the moonshae isles have been shrowded by a mysterious mist, and much by way of outside contact with the rest of the world is few; for many rumors have developed calling the moonshae's the isles of the dead.


The Golden Bough is a small community of Druids and Bards that live in a great tree called Blasheim; here is where the druid council meets every full moon in the month of Elient. Here is where they also teach innitiates the Natural Way; and show the Ffolk to understand nature; Druids are highly revered by the Ffolk.
The Druid council consists of : the grand druid- Genna Moonsinger, the great druid(Oracle)- Paltolor Lyremoon, 12 Arch-druids: Pasa Tirilion,Korga Moonbeamer, athro Windwalker, Barthas Metalsbane, Orthis Swiftriver, Palanor Keeneyes, Carnn Wingfeather.
The council is guarded by the Goldenleaf Knights: druids of fifth lvl or higher;
Xzanthis Peacebringer eighth lvl druid is the captain of the Goldenleaf Knights.
No weapons are allowed in Golden Bough, and the Ffolk near Myrloch Vale will not allow a Druid to be insulted or harmed.
The druid council provide leadership and wisdom to the Ffolk of Gyenneth and the surrounding Islands, calling on the Earth Goddess in times of great peril.
The council is also in charge of guarding the fabled Stargem of Gyenneth; The Stargem of Gyenneth is a white gem the size of a crystal ball in the shape of a star; It radiates Pala-radja 5' radius; (translates good magic, druidic language)
It confers protection from evil 60' radius, bless 10' radius Purpose: to be used against the darkwalker and be thrown into any corrupt moonwell and purify it.
Other Powers: purify food and drink, neurtralize posion, cure disease, cure serious wounds; all of these can be used twice per day
Dm's note even though it is a good radja item it can be corrupted for evil by a ritual at night with the moon full; gul-radja does not effect it unless it has be corrupted, attacks from evil creatures will not effect it. the stargem is infused with part of the earth goddesses essence.
